Mobiserve Awards Raya International Services the Automation of its Operations & Maintenance Business Processes Using Oracle CRM Service Applications

Based on its strong track record inregional CRM implementation, Raya International Services was selected byMobiserve to unify its operations on one state-of-the-art platform; Oracle CRMService Applications. This CRM implementation will allow all Mobiserve branchesto draw information from the same source of data, improving its ability toefficiently service their customers worldwide.

In addition, implementing the CRMapplication will allow Mobiserve to efficiently keep a consistently thoroughdatabase of all their clients, bearing all their details and necessaryinformation. Not only that, but also the implemented solution will permit avaluable automation for an extremely complex, yet sensitive processing ofservice agreements and the correspondent actual service performance betweenMobiserve and its clients. Moreover, the solution will radically maximizeMobiserve’s ability for Flexible & Dynamic Dispatch and Management of allthe Field Service Operations across each country.
